How it works

Three specialists. One seamless home.

Great SDA housing takes more than a building. Our model brings together a housing provider, a support partner and a builder, each doing what they do best.

Meridian Elevate

Housing & registration

Holds the SDA registration, manages tenancy, and ensures every home meets the standard the NDIS demands.

SIL Support Partner

Daily support

A dedicated Supported Independent Living partner delivers day-to-day, in-home support around each participant's plan.

Bay2Bay Homes

Design & build

Our building partner purpose-builds and converts every property to SDA design standards: quality you can see and feel.

For families & participants

Finding the right home shouldn't be this hard.

Tell us what you need: location, support level, the things that make a house feel like home. We'll keep you informed as our first homes open.

Why Meridian Elevate

Built properly. Run properly.

Purpose-built quality

Every home is new-built or converted to SDA design standards by our building partner, Bay2Bay Homes, never retrofitted as an afterthought.

Choice and control

Housing and support are held by separate providers, as the NDIS intends, so participants keep genuine choice over who supports them.

One point of contact

From first enquiry to move-in, one team coordinates housing, build and support, so no one gets passed between providers.

Getting started

From enquiry to keys in hand

A clear, unhurried process, built for families and support coordinators alike.

  1. Register your interest

Tell us about the participant, their preferred location and support needs: five minutes, no obligation.

  2. Talk it through

We walk through eligibility, SDA funding in the plan, and the kind of home that would fit best.

  3. Match to a home

As homes near completion, we match registered participants by need, location and compatibility.

  4. Move in, supported

We coordinate the transition with the SIL support partner, so day one already feels settled.
